Beautifully Appointed Clinic Rooms

The Wellness Project is a well established yoga studio and 'wellness hub' in central New Plymouth.



Our studio is a bright, light filled space that is elevated away from city noise. We are located right in the heart of town, near the west end precinct, with easy access for busy professionals.



Adjacent to our studio space we have two beautifully appointed clinic rooms available.



With over 250 students attending classes, courses and workshops each week The Wellness Project offers you the perfect place to start or grow your business. With an already established client base of 'health focussed indidivuals' we can provide you with great exposure, wonderful support and a strong sense of community.



Our clinic rooms would be best suited to a holistic health practitioner whether that be a massage therapist, naturopath, physiotherapist, reiki parctitioner, acupuncturist, nutritionist, coach or counsellor. Other modalities are also welcome to inquire. We are simply looking for a 'good fit' with our already established brand and team. Access to our online booking system and presesnces on our website is also available  if so desired (at an additional cost).



We do have two clinic rooms available at present. Each is a separate sublease. Sublease contracts are available to view for those interested. Minimum term of 1 year.



The larger clinic room is 15.6m2, includes heat pump and large windows that flood the space with natural light.

Lease (excluding OPEX) is $305 per month ($3660 per annum) ex. gst.



The smaller clinic room is 12m2, includes large windows (presently frosted for privacy, however this can easily be removed for no additional cost).

Lease (excluding OPEX) is $235 per month ($2779 per annum) ex gst.



Both leases also give you access to 33.7m2 of shared spaces or common areas. This includes; our tea room (kitchenette), waiting area and bathrooms. Please note power, internet and a small contribution to general cleaning products are an additional monthly cost, apportioned based on usage.
