Amazing Queenstown Property to Share

We are a reputable local design & digital business (Swordfox.nz) who occupy approx 100sqm in Downtown Queenstown. Our offices are stunning, open plan with an industrial style edge. A 20sqm Glassroom (Boardroom) is included within our 100sqm space. It's got a fridge, tea coffee machine, meeting table, large screen and great people watching views of Shotover Street.



It's not a noisy office with loud funky music playing, it's more a peaceful, mellow environment, with a bit of light background music playing and the odd bit of banter among the 5 hardworking designers/web developers that occupy the space.



Ideally we are looking for a small company (say 1-3 people) to occupy one side of the room (25-30sqm) for the medium to long-term while we remain on the other side.

We don't have a preference for what industry you are from as long as you are not a direct competitor - that would be awkward.

We may be open to an individual wanting just a desk for med to long-term. If this is the case, we would discuss a price on a desk basis, rather than the 25-30sqm.

We are not interested in a day rate desk booking style arrangement.



We would potentially put a block/divider partition in the middle of the room, not to block you off but just to create a subtle bit of definition between the two businesses but that still allows for the odd bit of banter.
