Counselling room wanted to hire part time

Hello.



I have recently relocated from Christchurch to Central Otago and am looking for a lovely room to rent as a counselling practice for 1/2 days per week in Queenstown.



Ideally the space I'm looking for would include the use of bathroom/kitchen facilities and preferably a waiting area and 2/3 carparks. 



Happy to share with others. 



Would consider any space that is private, tidy and warm.
