- 1 car park is included (plus access to client parks)

- signage for your business on front door and in reception and also possibly on main directory board (at your cost)
- toilet and shower facilities

20 sqm - Ideally wanting $200 per week plus GST
(But open to negotiation)

Ideally looking to lease the room for a minimum of 12 months, but open to flex this either way possibly.

We do have other offices and show rooms that we would consider also leasing depending on needs, so there is room to grow.

We also have warehousing facilities so can assist in this area if required.
