Private Office Christchurch CBD

RMM Landscape Architects is offering a private office space within our Level 3 occupancy at 69 Cambridge Terrace, right in the heart of Christchurch’s central city, with easy walking access to the CBD and a wide range of cafés, eateries, and local amenities. RMM operates predominantly from Level 2, with Level 3 meeting rooms used from time to time, meaning the space is generally lightly occupied.

The office is 18sqm and comfortably suits up to four people, making it ideal for a small team or growing business seeking a professional, creative environment without the formality of a corporate setup. You’ll have your own enclosed office and balcony, while being part of a friendly, established design studio. An additional open plan meeting space located outside the office is also available for your use, as well as two adjoining private workspaces that can be used for private calls and/or added to the lease at an additional cost.

The space includes a shared kitchenette; however, the tenancy also provides access to our coffee machine on Level 2 (a very important detail, we think). Tea and coffee, along with a weekly milk delivery, are also included.

This is an empty office space, therefore, the incoming tenant will need to provide their own desks and computer equipment, allowing you to set the space up in a way that works best for you.

While parking in the Central City can be hard to come by at a reasonable daily rate, we do have a safe and secure space for bike storage within the building, making cycling to work an easy and environmentally friendly option.

We’re ideally seeking a 12-month tenancy, though terms are open to discussion for the right fit.
