We have 5 rooms available for hire, all of which would be ideal for a medical professional, beautician or simply someone needing an office. Rooms are approximately 20m squared and are accessed through a large, bright space which we intend to turn into a waiting area.

The rooms share a disabled access bathroom and tenants and their customers will have access to more toilets and a small kitchen area in the reception area. The rooms have their own door out to the carpark for convenience. The lease for each room includes your own marked car parking space, and there is ample customer parking.

The huge advantage of leasing an office in our building is that your business will be visible to the hundreds of families who attend our classes each week. We eventually hope to create a small cafe area to bring in more customers.

Each room is $330-400/week including wifi, plus GST and OPEX. We would negotiate on price for a business or individual keen to hire more than one room. Please get in touch to arrange a time to view.
