We're Partly, a global tech start-up and are expanding our offices into next door! 
It's a big space and too large for us initially, so we're looking to share with other locally based startups and businesses that could make great neighbours at an affordable price. It's more than just desks - it's a launchpad for innovation and collaboration.

Downstairs;
- an open/casual space with open kitchen,
- presentation area (welcome to use for big meetings),
- meeting room,
- and ~12 desks in a separated pod co-working area.
- Upstairs is another ~18 co-working area desks.
- We can cater to an individual desk (1 person) to a larger team (~20)!

Flexibility redefined: We're completely flexible with your needs. We can do anything to month-to-month, to a 3/6/9/12 month lease, and anything in between. You can also have the flexibility to increase or decrease the number of desks in the space as your team changes in size!

All-inclusive pricing: $500/month (+ gst). It's hassle-free and budget-friendly. We cover utilities, insurance, and even plant watering!

Bonus: Dedicated meeting rooms, sound pods, secure storage, and building/facilities management are all handled for you.
