Your room is approx. 35m2 and sits on a floor with 2 other businesses. You will share facilities with one other business with 6/7 employees. Room is currently full but will be emptied before arrival. 



1 Park is also available at an added cost. Great location with cafes and the waterfront a close walk away. 



Cost will depend on amount of people in the room as there are a number of shared facilities. Contract length is open to negotiation too.
