We are a small landscape and garden business, looking to share an energetic office space with up-to four other creative, driven, passionate and like-minded people/small businesses.



We are landscape design, plant and environmental enthusiasts with uni degrees ranging from business management, landscape design, environmental science and amenity horticulture.  With this, we aim to create a working space that is better than home! Green walls, hanging plants, plant dividers here we come! 

 

We have 4 spaces available:-



1 x room (3m x 3m) with a window and large draughting board (if required).

Cost $85 p/w + a share of the monthly power.



3 x desk spaces (2m x 1.5m but not limited to) in an open-planned shared space environment. We provide the desk and you chose your space to work in.

Cost $50 p/m + a share of the monthly power.



Yard space behind the fence negotiable.



Month-by-month basis or fixed long-term.



Includes wifi internet for low users only.

New carpet and Lino has just been laid + a lick of okarito white throughout.  Bathroom without shower + kitchen + large boardroom + plenty of parking for you and your clients.
