Two spacious and air conditioned offices have become vacant for rent within our well appointed workspace on Carbine Road. These can be partially furnished or empty for your own furnishings.
Quiet and secure with 24/7 access, we are only 5 minutes to the motorway, Sylvia Park shopping mall and a number of local amenities.
You will have access to a shared meeting room (seats 8) and a large training room (seats 12). Both spaces offering video conferencing and large whiteboards.
Amenities include men’s and women’s toilets and a separate shower, a fully equipped kitchen, including oven and microwave and an espresso coffee machine in our beautiful reception area.
A full-time receptionist (also a trained barista) is available to look after your administration and catering needs (at an extra charge which will be dependent on your requirements).
Off-street car parking spaces and unlimited high speed internet are offered at an extra cost and your telephone bill would be invoiced monthly if you require a landline.
Your sign-written logo at the entrance will welcome your guests to a great working environment with other areas used by business leaders, consultants, professional services companies, project managers and engineers (this space is not suitable or available for a retail or consumer-type business).
