Consultation room in Pharmacy in Browns Bay

We have a 2nd consultation room/office 2.55m x 2.75m within our pharmacy to rent five days per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. Suitable for consultations, small meetings (up to 4 people) or as a work space. The room is bright, with a high ceiling and large window with blinds. It is set up with a table, two chairs and has a handwashing sink. You have access to a shared small lunch room and toilets. Rent is inclusive of WiFi and power. Rent is $15/hour, $25 per half day (8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm) or $40 per day. We would consider renting it out entirely, but would prefer a trial period to ensure it suits all of us.
