Shared or entire office space

Our office space is too big and we still have 2 years left on our lease.

We are hoping to share our space with like minded individuals or move out entirely if the correct person comes along.

The current configuration sees enough desk space for at least 16 people with space to remove 1 or 2 of the meeting rooms to fit more people if needed.

There are 2 Board style rooms which are perfect for large meetings or video conferencing with clients and 2 further meeting rooms suitable for private conversations or a private office space for senior personnel.

A fully working kitchen including oven and dishwasher is one of the features and a 3 sofa breakout space means your employees can enjoy a relaxing working environment.

The space can be adapted to fit almost any need as it is open plan.
