Hot Desk subscription (3-days per week) $449/month
Flexible Hot Desk Daily $49/day

Come for a day. Come for a week. Come for a month. Get just what you need, and maybe a bit more. Our hot desk service offers both contract and pay-as-you-go options.

Permanent Desk $779 per month 
This desk is yours. We can work with you to add what you need, and take away what you don’t.

- Access to all amenities Mo-Sun, 7am-7pm
- Free membership to The Lab networking group
- Coffee and tea
- Free black and white printing
- Mail and package handling
- Meeting room access
