Character space in the heart of Ponsonby

We have a space for four in our office - you can take one spot, or if you have a team then take more. We will look to add a few more pod desks in the near future - so we can be flexible with the numbers and rates. 



Just minutes walk to Ponsonby Road and Ponsonby Central. 



There is one large main office area currently with 11 staff + a couple of hot desks for out of town staff, a jungle lounge space to chill or eat your lunch or have a casual meeting and then a colourful boardroom style meeting room with a whiteboard wall for large scale planning/ creating.



The kitchen comes equipped with a coffee machine - unlimited Italian coffee, teas, snacks, fruit and a sodastream machine.



We are an event ticketing company, so some days it can be head down quietly getting on with it, or a little more activity around the place - but always respectful of others. A wide range of music plays and the DJ takes requests.

Pricing

Looking at approximately $500 per month per person/desk (excluding GST). Includes all of the above and operational costs. 

We would prefer a month by month arrangement, however would consider weekly or longer term rentals. To be paid in advance of the week/ month. 



Would suit digital or creative professionals, tech start-ups or event producers. There may be opportunities to collaborate with us.
