There are 3 additional desk spaces in the shared co-op space for $128 plus GST a week. The shared spaces include the front room which is approximately 4 x 3 meters



The veranda and front yard which can containa gazebo can also be booked as retail spaces.



Street signage spaces and additional storage space are available by negotiation.



OPEX and bills are divided by 3 and can be offset by income from the shared co-op spaces.
