POTENTIAL Shared Office Space on Rosebank

We're looking at starting a new Co-Working space!



We already run one Co-Working Space in Te Atatu Peninsula, which is completely full with happy co-workers. See our website at www.coworkwest.co.nz. But our own business needs to expand, so we are looking at moving out of CoWorkWest Te Atatu, and setting up another shared space. Perhaps CoWorkWest Rosebank?



The site we're looking at is a more modern office on the 3rd floor of a building. Lovely natural light, good views out the windows. Air-conditioned, lift. 



There are a couple different ways  you could work. You could rent a workstation (we would set up desks, chairs, mobile units and a small bookshelf each) or there are a couple of separate offices already set up, which you could have all to yourself. This would cost a bit more, and you could furnish it however you like.



There would be shared meeting rooms, and shared kitchen/bathroom facilities.



In order to go ahead with our plans, we need at least two or three other people to express interest in moving in with us. SO, if you think this sounds like a wonderful idea, please get in touch ASAP, so we can confidently move forward with our plans.



We have done it before, so we know what we're doing. We could have it all set up within a month. :) We look forward to hearing from you!



PS - the workstations in the photo are from our Te Atatu shared space. We'd look at setting up similar. 



PPS - Can't provide the exact address yet, but it's not too far from the motorway, so access is good!
