I am going to be doing some work offsite over the next while so am looking for someone to essentially replace my presence in the space. It can either be a short or long term solution.
All that would be required would be max 5 hours of work per week doing basic office managment. Ie: opening up M-F, putting coffee on, saying hi to people as they come through the door and showing the odd random person through the space that shows up unannouced (which doesn't happen often). It's more just about having someone here people can refer to if need and gives me piece of mind. The likely hood of people needing your time will literally be an hour a week. The office basically runs on autopilot now.
In return, you can use the office work from for free. Equivalent to $500.00+GST / month + unlimited printing.
