We have 2 practice/treatment/consulting rooms available for lease at the busy new retail development in Stanmore Bay (next to the Family Doctors and pharmacy).



They are available with flexible terms and would particularly suit allied health and medical professionals (i.e. Occupational Therapist, Dietician, Psychologist, Physiotherapist, Nutritionist, Counsellor, Massage Therapist, Acupuncturist, Podiatrist, Physiotherapist or other Therapists).



The Rooms

Both rooms are 11m². Each room has a sink, independent air conditioning and data ports.



The Facility

The Dental Studio was designed and built to be relaxing and ultra modern... some of our most notable comments are regarding our 'art gallery', comfortable environment and friendly staff. This is a new building and we've only opened in Feb 2017 but already have an excellent reputation. That, combined with our location, we get lots of foot-fall and exposure: being on Whangaparaoa road, nearly all commuters further along the peninsula drive past us every day.

What's included

Rent includes shared use of:

- power, water, telephone and internet

- the reception/waiting room

- lunchroom/kitchen (with a high-end automated coffee machine!)

- our private outdoor courtyard

- two bathrooms (inc disabled access and baby changing facilities)

- receptionist (to meet and greet clients)

- free patient parking



Rent

Rates will vary depending on whether you're looking for full or part-time occupancy:

- $100/day + GST

- $1200/month + GST
