Our shared space is located up on level one, off busy Karangahape Road road. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and fun. We have a big shared kitchen, where you'll find us regularly sharing cake, coffee and a vino on a Friday afternoon.

We have a few options of spaces available within:

A. There are 5 desk spaces, that can be configured either: in a pod of two desks or a pod of 3 desks, perfect for small teams. These can be rented out by one larger team or two smaller teams? (Price negotiable)

A. 1 x Single desk available, on a pod of 4 (to share with others, two graphic designers and packaging designer)

Single Desk space rental of $660 each + gst covers: 
- Desk and Chair 
- Opex & Building sinking fund
- Use of all meeting rooms (x 2)
- Printer & Paper (Prints/Copies to be reimbursed should quantity exceeds our contracted allowance with Fuji Xerox)
- Power
- Internet 
- Cleaning (once a week)
- Toilet paper, all cleaning supplies
- Coffee and coffee machine
