FREE High Tech Office Space in Grafton

I've got some spare space in my awesome office and figured it would best be used by someone instead of no one. 



I'm not looking to make $$ on this so I will literally give the space away to the right person / people. By 'right', I mean the vibe has to fit and your business has to be appropriately aligned with the space... i.e. no dentists / antiques dealers. 



Would probably be best for cash poor startups, tech, finance, journalism, politics - these are also all my interests. Sorry but no graphic designers as we already have some of the best in AKL in the building.



The only cost will be a small share of the monthly outgoings - $100 - $200 or so but we can discuss that, no biggie.

The office is an awesome space - with a view over 10 lanes of the motorway. Kitchen is accessible through our lounge with an even larger kitchen downstairs. The building houses NZ Technology Group which means the fibre internet is super, super quick (and unlimited). I work in asset / money management which requires heavy tech and long hours. 



Your space is empty at the moment so if you have your own desks / etc lets chat about that, otherwise its a blank canvas. 



The space has a certain design feel which you'll need to pick up and work with. See pics. 



Dedicated parking can be arranged at a cost.
