Creative / Art Studio Space

Hi there, we are looking for one or two other artists / designers / creative people to share our studio space in Albany, Auckland.



The studio is spacious with polished wooden floors and plenty of windows all with views out to trees and bush. You will need to bring your own desk etc and the size and shape of your space is negotiable depending on what you need. There is also a shared lounge space and a large stainless steel sink (cold water only).



The studio is located within the Kawai Purapura holistic village and retreat centre, and is surrounded by beautiful bush (with walks), gardens, pukeho, tui, and a delicious un-chlorinated swimming pool which we can all use over summer. It's just a short walk to Westfield Mall, but feels like you are in the wilderness­ in the Coromandel­.



I am a freelance illustrator and painter, and we also have another painter, a web designer, and a crafter. We are looking for any type of creative person keen to work surrounded­ by others also creating :)



The photos were taken when I first got the space and as we have lots of studio-mates now there is obviously lots more stuff.



Rent is $40 (incl gst) each per week including broadband and power.
