We're looking to share our space with a few other like-minded freelancers, consultants or small start-ups.

- Shared kitchen space (incl oven/microwave/toaster/sandwich press etc)

- Meeting room with wall mounted flat screen (FREE, but needs to be pre-booked each session)

We are a web design & software development company. The available space is NOT suitable for call-centre type roles.



Price per desk is $275/month + GST which includes meeting room usage as well as loads of free parking.  Discount available for multiple desks.



NOTES:

- We are NOT renting desks by the hour.

- Access hours: approx. 8am to 6pm. Sorry, NO after hours access (i.e. weekends, public holidays or weeknights) is not available.



Handy location in Albany, easy access off motorway, and convenient to local coffee shops for off-site meetings.
