We're opening up our studio at 478 Karangahape Road to invite in other creative professionals, technical practices and early stage startups looking to establish and grow their practices.

You'll be sharing the floor with design-led teams, tech-startups, architects, and designers. The building is a restored heritage character property. The fit-out is minimal and considered — sheer curtain dividers, wooden floors, kitchen, and plants. We're a social bunch that enjoy the fortnightly office lunch, Thursday drinks and evening socials.

We're looking for architects, designers, engineers, technically-minded startups or cool humans making/designing/building. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

Private office (small) — $220/week + GST · Monthly rolling · 1–2 people
Private office (large) — $600/week + GST · Monthly rolling · 4–6 people

Indoor Carparks: $60/week + GST · Monthly rolling · 2 spaces available
Outdoor Carparks: $50/week + GST · Monthly rolling · 2 spaces available
