Who We Are
Scarlatti is a consulting and analytics company specialising in research, evaluation, data analytics, and impact modelling. We help organisations across Aotearoa make evidence-based decisions - from workforce research and psychosocial risk assessment to operations research. During the day, our Auckland team is busy solving interesting problems, but we also enjoy a good laugh over lunch and a glass of wine after work on a Friday. We currently share our split space with Lume, who bring music, creativity, and lively discussions to the workplace.
