Up to twelve desks available in a shared office space environment.
Set out in two pods of 6 with customised partitioning as required for the number of desks needed. Minimum of three desks per license to occupy.
Casual monthly term, or fixed annual term depending on each situation.
Rental $490 per month +GST paid monthly in advance, REDUCED to $450 per month +GST for 6+ desks.

Included in the monthly rental:
Use of desk, chair, filing cabinet, dual monitor arm (not the monitors)
Ultrafast WiFi,
Reasonable printing & photocopying,
Power, water, cleaning,
Use of staff kitchen with tea, coffee and milk,
Use of office meeting room (non-exclusive use based on booking system).

Some car parking spaces are available in the basement to be rented directly from the building Landlord.
