Clinic Room for Holistic Vet

Hello, I am looking for a lovely, large space with natural light to use as a clinic room for treating my companion animal patients. Dogs and cats come for hourly appointments for acupuncture, laser treatment, physiotherapy and herbal medicine appointments. I have lovely clientele who are holistically minded and who have the sweetest, well behaved fur kids. Ideally I would love a space working with other like-minded professionals ( be they vets or people in other health fields such as chiros/ osteos etc) and about 3 x 4m in size minimum. Otherwise a standalone space will also be considered. The room needs in a quiet area of the building so animals can relax during treatment. If there was also a garden/ outdoor area where we could do some physical rehabilitation exercises/ gait exams that would be a huge bonus. I would prefer the North Shore area but would look at central Auckland ( Point Chev/ Westmere/ Herne Bay/Ponsonby) areas. I am looking for four to five days per week on a long term basis.
