Cosy clinic or office space tucked down a quiet cul-de-sac in Parnell, just off Parnell Rise & a stones throw from the train station. We operate as a group psychology practice Tuesday – Friday, leaving our 3 consulting/meeting rooms available for sub-lease on a Monday or the weekend.

Suitable for a small business requiring an exclusive office space just 1 day per week, or for allied health clinicians e.g. a psychologist/ counsellor/ OT/ nutritionist /art therapist etc as a per-room rate.

The space has street level entry and is freshly renovated with a goal of creating a calm & cosy space for our staff & clients. The space consists of a waiting area, private bathroom, staff kitchen with fridge, microwave, dish drawer & Nespresso machine (BYO capsules), AC/heat pump, and 3 consulting/therapy rooms or offices (couch, armchair, rug, desk+chair, wall clock, side tables, art, soft furnishings).

Includes rent of the furnished room/s, wifi, all OPEX bills such as electricity & water, weekly clean, and general consumables such as tissues & bathroom supplies. Lockers are available to store personal items if wanted. Access to printing available for a small per-page fee, on an honesty system.

2x off-street car parks are also available, right at the door. Good availability of on-street AT parking in the cul-de-sac.

Availability:
Mondays (3 rooms or whole premises)
Weekends (3 rooms or whole premises)

Sub-lease: 6 month initial sub-lease term please, then 3 months notice. Happy to discuss a longer term exclusive sub-lease on Mondays, if consistency is a priority.

Fee:
$500+GST per month per room (~$115 per day), Mondays ($10 per day car park)
$400+GST per month per room (~$92 per day), Saturdays & Sundays ($5 per day car park)
$1250+GST per month for exclusive use on Mondays (all 3 offices/rooms & common spaces, includes both car parks).
