We've had a unique opportunity arise at Lopdell Precinct. A spacious, sunny, north-facing office space has just become available for the first time in nine years.

Lopdell Trust is seeking a dynamic organisation to join our Level 2 business community - hopefully a company who will bring customers and clients into the Precinct.

The lease includes Office 2F (34.2sqm), as well as the use of a communal kitchen, bathrooms and waiting room. We also provide discounted rates for our venue hire spaces on level 1.

Wifi and landline phones are the responsibility of the tenant - fibre internet is installed in the office. All other expenses are included in the monthly rent, along with general maintenance and upkeep of communal areas, and kitchen and bathroom consumables. Individual office cleaning can be arranged with our cleaners, at a cost.

There is a free, untimed carpark at the back of the Precinct, accessible from South Titirangi Road. Lopdell House is accessible for a range of mobility needs. Other commercial tenants include therapists, wellness providers, tech and financial services and private offices.

Rent is paid monthly in advance and the move-in date is negotiable for the right tenant. Subletting is not permitted, although the Trust may consider an office share arrangement (i.e. two businesses named on the lease).

Lopdell Precinct is a listed Category 1 Historic Place and the landmark of Titirangi Village. It is a community arts centre with galleries, offices, bookable meeting spaces, a theatre and cinema. Our commercial tenants occupy level 2 of Lopdell House and Deco Eatery on the ground floor.
