Desk Spaces in Contemporary Office

Our office is currently being used (infrequently) for legal services so would suit a professional but also could be suitable for coaching or counselling services. The space is suitable for a small team of up to 3 or 4, casual desk use or there is an option to take over the whole office.

There would be a lot more privacy than many shared spaces due to the size of the space.

There is one large office with a desk and space for extra seating. Two open plan desks that are separate to the office suite.

Second room currently set up as a small meeting room with round table suitable for 4 people, but can be configured for coaching sessions (as per image).

Second meeting room / lunch room, with video conferencing facilities, tea coffee making facilities. Meeting table suitable for max 6 people.

Pricing –
$500 per month for a desk space for up to 10 days per month, which would include use of meeting room.
Day rate for a desk is $100 per day
Meeting room use only - $50 per hour
