We offer up to 10 desk spaces, each offering a very generous sized (1x2m) desk (includes chair and lockable drawers) and access to all amenities in a tidy, professional looking office space.

This office space offers a large open plan layout, with a welcoming reception area, a well organised kitchen, a special “nook” for casual meetings and a fully set up Board room for larger meetings, seating 12 people and kitted out with a large whiteboard, a 75-inch TV screen with conference call facilities. The space includes 2 toilets and offers a fun chill-out area with a professional foosball table and an arcade machine. It’s right next to Basque Park so it will be easy to go for a walk in a nice location.

This space has a real wow factor, you will be able to welcome any guests with confidence. This shared space is an excellent option for either a small company (up to 10 people) or a one-man band looking for a corporate presence and infrastructure at a very affordable price. There is discounted pricing available for companies wanting 4+ desks. Dedicated car parks can be negotiated as well.

The office space is located at 24 Fleet Street, which has very easy motorway access and good street parking. It’s also close to several nice cafes, a gym and restaurants. We aim to keep this shared office nice and spacious without too many people being crammed into one space. Please note that we therefore only offer 10 spaces.
