Clinic / Beauty Room to Rent

We are looking for like minded professionals to join us at the brand new Keep Well natural health clinic located on Remuera Road.

Four rooms are available to choose from, suiting anyone in the health & wellness or beauty space. Ideally we are looking for an acupuncturist to join our team, due to the nature of clientele this would be a huge asset and highly in demand. Rooms would also be highly suitable for a nail tech, lash & brow specialist, massage therapist, osteopath or chiropractor.
Previously a successful beauty clinic for the past 10 years and located right above the Remuera doctors and pharmacy, referrals and walk-ins are expected.

Existing tenants include two part-time nutritionists/naturopaths. We have a shared reception with wifi and eftpos, large waiting area, bathroom, as well as kitchenette with tea and coffee provided. Applicants will need to be the right fit for our wellness focussed and friendly space.

Rooms can be furnished but are currently unfurnished so there is potential for you to make this your own.

Half and full weeks are available. Rates include rent, building insurance, power, water, cleaning and internet.

RATES:

ROOM 1:
$200 per week + GST for 3 days / $330 per week + GST for 7 days

ROOM 2:
$200 per week + GST for 3 days / $330 per week + GST for 7 days

ROOM 3:
$220 per week + GST for 3 days / $350 per week + GST for 7 days

ROOM 4:
$200 per week + GST for 3 days / $330 per week + GST for 7 days
