You will be joining Husk, a social good brand/design/web team, along with the leadership of St Augustine’s. Flexible rent includes coffee machine, power, internet, alarm monitoring, rates and building insurance - could suit creatives, freelancers, a small biz or a social enterprise.

The semi-open plan space can fit 3-4 desks comfortably.

Rental rates are: 1 desk - $29+gst per day, 2 desks - $55+gst per day, 3 desks - $75+gst per day (or otherwise negotiable) and includes power, internet, alarm monitoring, ACC rates, ARC rates, building insurance and building fire protection monitoring and services.

Other expenses are divided amongst all tenants and invoiced monthly. We have a shared kitchen with espresso single group head coffee machine and a shared leased full colour A3 laser printer.
