The space is light filled, original brick walls and wooden floors and sits above a cafe so perfect for those coffee and sweet treat lovers.

The cafe below, 39 Cafe is ideal for hosting a meeting with food and beverage options right on your doorstep. The office itself includes a shared bathroom, desk, couch and shelves - these can be moved if need be.

There is another larger office available which overlooks Ponsonby Road and can fit up to 6 desks plus shelves - this one is currently unfurnished and images are to come.
