We have a great office space in our building available to rent. This include:

Offices ( 2 separate, and 1 main office/ reception with reception desk) = 95 sq metres.
office/ workshop = 25 sq. metres storage with multiple shelving and work bench = 25 sq. metres
Meeting / board room = 20 sq. metres ( with board room table and chairs) - this is shared with us.
Own toilet / wash room and kitchen facilities.
Own key entry and alarm lock up.
5 -6 car parks Signage allowed on building and entrance way ( in consultation with us)

Rubbish bin emptied each 2 weeks. Extensive cabling for all computer stations, telephone jacks for many stations and TV aerial for reception.

Atmosphere is warm, north facing. Decor is business like. Lighting is concealed fluro,  with much wall space in tinted glass. Kitchen also has extra floor to ceiling concealed storage for office files

Neighbouring buildings are tenanted by - a church, and a media school, and a wholesale bakery. There are no panel beaters, car painters or associated business in the immediate vicinity - our body corp rules do not allow these. It is up it's own side road, and central in the Wairau valley. Grounds are regularly manicured, and buildings are maintained.

Rental is $1500 + gst per month, plus electricity. We take care of water.
We are owner/ occupiers, and therefore have always had a good working relationship with our tenants.
