Meeting room unavailable?  If your party is small, say two or three people and the discussion / participants are not sensitive, then consider an option to meet in our cafe area using a whiteboard table or upstairs at the hot desks.

Barista coffee is available and can be charged to your room invoice or pay by cash/card on the day.
All room and venue rates exclude GST.
