Welcome to our beautifully restored 1900’s villa on Crummer Road - a perfect blend of heritage charm and modern functionality. Located in the vibrant heart of Ponsonby, this versatile space is ideal for meetings, workshops, and relaxed team sessions.

Option 1: Meeting Room (two available - Kākāpō & Ruru)
Seats up to 8 comfortably around a meeting table.

Equipped with: High-speed Wi-Fi, TV screen with HDMI/USB-C connection, Wireless meeting microphone, Webcam for video conferencing, Air conditioning

Option 2: Sitting Room - Kea
A relaxed breakout space with couches and armchairs; Ideal for informal meetings or creative sessions. Depending on availability a TV may be available.

Option 3: Two Rooms of choice
Perfect when a breakout or secondary meeting space is required

Option 4: Exclusive Use of Upstairs (Ground Level)
Includes all three rooms

1 Room (Option 1 or 2)
Half Day — from $300 + GST
Full Day — from $500 + GST
Hourly Rate: From $120 + GST (min 2 hour booking)

2 Rooms (Option 3)
Half Day — from $550 + GST
Full Day — from $700 + GST

Exclusive use of all three rooms (Option 4)
Half Day — from $750 + GST
Full Day — from $900 + GST

Half Day: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Full Day: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Most people who use the space tidy up after themselves following a booking. We ask that you put any used dishes in the dishwasher, tidy up and put any rubbish into the bins, close any windows or doors you've opened and make sure the space and furniture you have used is as you left it. If you do not wish to tidy up after yourself then we are happy to take care of this for you at an additional cost of $120 + GST. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can add this cost on.

As this is a newly renovated villa, we ask that you please treat it with care by not moving around large pieces of furniture or sticking anything on the walls.
