UNIQUE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS GYM OPPORTUNITY

We have been operating as a not for profit Functional Fitness Gym called ShoreFIT for nearly 5 years now and our coordinators are getting a bit old and tired!! We have a great core membership that covers the outgoings but would like to see the gym with a bit more activity going on as it's mostly an unused amazing space.

Personal Training, Group Sessions, Dance Studio Space etc...

We have the space available for use all hours of the week apart from our own 6am - 7am class. All we are hoping to cover is the $500 a month shortfall in our rent so if you have an idea to use the space we are open to working with anyone that might want to use the space for reasonable fee to contribute to our rent in any amount or way. You could run sessions to contribute a little or all week and contribute a lot. We just need help to keep our community running!

The equipment in the gym is available to use for your sessions.

If you are tired of the rent at your current gym, working for someone else, or just looking to get started and need a leg up then this could be the ideal spot for you!!

The space is ideal for Personal Training sessions and classes so the more members you have and can attract, the more you earn.

It is a great unutilized space available anytime outside 6-7 am weekdays!

There is the opportunity to take over full ownership if it's working out for you and your making $$$. If you are keen to take it on immediately that can be discussed as well!! We just want to see the community handed over to a great person to keep the place going.

With the right drive, we have had great success with additional evening classes and quick lunchtime sessions among a couple of other short term promotions. Guys and girls bathrooms with a shower as well.
