Oaks Wellington is a 226 room full service hotel located in the heart of Courtenay Place - the entertainment district and just a 5 minute walk to Te Papa or Takina - the new Wellington conference centre.

Opened in September 2019 The Oaks is one of the newest hotels in Wellington and has a modern, contemporary feel throughout.

We have 3 main meeting rooms, that when combined have a capacity of 96 cabaret style or 200 theatre style. All the rooms have built in "plug & play" AV systems which are perfect for presentations and/or Teams/Zoom meetings (just bring a laptop) . Handheld and lapel microphones are also available for no additional charge.
Set-up as individually, each room has a capacity of 35 cabaret style. We also have a boardroom which can seat up to12 delegates comfortably.

Adjacent to the conference suite is the "Oak & Vine" restaurant & bar where we can cater for any food & beverage requirements, from corporate lunches to gala dinners

Super fast fibre optic broadband is included in all rooms .

Our daily delegate rate is $65.00 (includes room hire, tea/coffee station, morning/afternoon tea, lunch, AV, Wi-Fi, whiteboard, notepads, pens, chilled water
Meeting room rates start from $350.00 per day $175.00 per half day
