Do you need a quiet, private place to have a meeting or work for the day? We have a light and spacious room furnished with a large conference table and comfortable chairs. The space is centrally located on Clarence Street in Hamilton and is handy to the courthouse (1-minute walk) and nearby coffee shops.



Seated waiting area available for your guests, shared with Moviko, website and graphic designers.

Separate entrance directly to boardroom from the deck, ideal for stepping out for fresh air

Pricing



Per hour

$60 + GST for the first hour and then $25 + GST per hour thereafter



Half day

8:30am to 12:30pm or 1:00pm to 5:00pm @ $85.00 + GST



Full day

8:30am to 5:00pm (later by prior arrangement) @ $150.00 + GST



There is a second smaller room available as well, get in touch to discuss your needs.



Terms: Payment is required in advance of hire and no refunds will be given for cancellations of less than 24 hours notice of hire date.
