A light & spacious room furnished with large rimu table, comfortable high back chairs and wall mounted whiteboard. North facing with large deck out through the French doors. Ideal for a fresh-air break.
Ideally suited for up to 8 people (can have 10)

THE OFFICE 
Furnished with 2 large chairs and coffee table, a bookshelf, and desk plus half-chair.

Air-conditioning available in both rooms.
Seated waiting area available for your guests.

Rates and Availability:
Boardroom Half day
8:30am to 12:30pm or 1:00pm to 5:00pm @ $85.00 + GST
Boardroom Full day
8:30am to 5:00pm (later by prior arrangement) @ $150.00 + GST

Office
$25 + GST for the first hour, then $15 + GST for each subsequent hour per day (or part thereof)

Refreshments (self-help)
Tea, plunger coffee and filtered water
$3.00+GST per person half day or $5.00+GST per person full day

Other services (on request)
Flip chart stand, paper and marker pens hire $35.00. Whiteboard, pens and duster included at no charge.

Terms: Payment is required in advance of hire and no refunds will be given for cancellations of less than 24 hours notice of hire date.
