MILLHOUSE CONFERENCE CENTRE:
The Millhouse Conference Centre has natural lighting and full blackout facilities. The Millhouse Conference Centre is available as an exclusive function or conference venue and can easily be themed to suit your needs.
Capacity: 150 theatre style & 140 cocktail style
A permanent silk-lined, carpeted marquee with clear front and partial clear side walls. Ideal for events, breakout space or banquet dinners, the Pavilion is a flexible venue and can be easily themed to suit your event.
Capacity: 210 theatre style & 220 cocktail style
Constructed with natural materials of wood and stone, the Clubhouse has a warm and elegant atmosphere that embraces the alpine environment. The Clubhouse seats up to 80 people inside plus there is additional space outside which seats another 70 people. Cocktail space inside the Clubhouse for 120 people.
This charming boardroom is perfect for small retreats or strategic planning days. Venue hire includes viewing screen, whiteboard, pads, pens, mints and water. Seats up to 18 in a boardroom style setting.
TWO BEDROOM SUITES
Our Two Bedroom Suites offer light and spacious venues. They are the perfect conferencing alternative for small groups or as breakout rooms for larger groups. The spacious open plan living and dining room is turned into an intimate meeting room, with all the facilities you need on hand.
Capacity: Seats up to 20 people.
Built amidst the restored stonework of the original wheat mill and located alongside the original water wheel, the Millhouse Restaurant is Millbrook Resort’s historical landmark. The Millhouse Restaurant seats 40 people. Exclusive use available on request.
