Kakano:
Kakano is our smallest meeting room and is ideal for up to 4 people. Perfect for small meetings, calls and webinars, or as a breakout room!

Hono:
Hono has space for up to 5 people - it is perfect for meetins, interviews, calls and webinars and as a breakout room. Hono has a 55" screen with HDMI conectivity.

Tupu:
Tupu fits 8 - 10 people plus space for a tea trolley or catering. The whiteboard wall is great for brainstorm sessions. 
This room has sliding doors that open up into Poipoi so you can hire both rooms if you require more space or room for break-outs/catering.

Poipoi:
Poipoi is our equivalent of a board room. Seating 12, it has a 60" LCD screen with all the adapters and a wireless mouse and keypad.

Mahi Tahi:
Mahi Tahi is a diverse space made for collaboration.

The room is 7.8m x 11m with air conditioning, a mounted white board, portable whiteboards, Ceiling mounted wireless projector, interactive Ricoh SmartScreen and 10x 1800x800 trestle/flip tables and 80 chairs - extra available for hire at extra cost.

Puawai:
Puawai is our newest event space and is the perfect size for presentations, workshops or formal meetings. Puawai is 7m x 9m with lots of natural light and air conditioning.
This room can accommodate 40 Theatre style, 30 Classroom style and 25 Boardroom style - let us know what you need and we'll make sure the room is just right for you! There is a large Interactive Ricoh SmartScreen which is perfect for presentations, Zoom calls and the digital whiteboard is ideal for brainstorming and strategy sessions.

Hire Rates:
We have refreshment trollies available for use with water and glasses.
Tea and coffee set up in the room is available for $1 per head and we can help with local catering suggestions and contacts if needed.
