Nelson Multi-Purpose Conference Venue

Trailways Hotel has three excellent venues in the one conference centre for events, functions, seminars, meetings, product launches, trade displays or cocktail parties.

All our Nelson conference venues are air conditioned and soundproofed and breakaway rooms can be arranged also.

OUR SPACES
THE BROOK ROOM
The Brook Room is perfect for small meetings, seating 14 people in a boardroom or classroom setting and up to 20 people in our theatre layout.
Room hire charge Half Day (to/from noon) or Evening $225 Full Day $275

THE MAITAI ROOM
Larger than the Brook Room, the Maitai Room is a 16-person boardroom, 18-person classroom and 30-person theatre. It’s perfect for mid-sized meetings and priced just as affordable as the Brook Room.

MOANA ROOM
A combination of the Brook Room and the Maitai Room put together, the Moana Room is ideal for those larger gatherings. A 36-person boardroom, 50-person classroom and 100-person theatre, it’s great value when you need a little more space.

Equipment for your meeting is at an additional cost. We will set up equipment you have hired through us and are on hand to help with the running of these. Please advise us well in advance of your requirements. As support may not be available on the day if it’s not been requested in advance. We will do our best with any last-minute technology requirements but the earlier we know the easier it will be for us to assist with your requirements.
