Spacious Tauranga Meeting Space

Hosting corporate conferences is a specialty at the Academy. Located on the first floor, we offer an elevated and spacious conference room with an adjacent kitchenette and two toilets for your group’s convenience. Our conference room (6.4m x 6.6m) is capable of seating:

up to 12 guests in a U-Shaped style
up to 12 guests in boardroom style
up to 12 guests in classroom style
up to 18 guests in theatre style

Our conference facilities include:
A 50" Smart TV which enables presenters to stream from their laptop direct onto the TV screen.
Air conditioning and double glazing provides maximum comfort
Toilet facilities
Well equipped kitchenette with fridge/ freezer, tea, and coffee making facilities and sink
Catering is available on request
Access via a dedicated stairway to the side of the Motel
Access to a large balcony with views of our swimming pool, hot tub and barbecue area
Prices for conference room hire are as follows:

Week half day rate (1-4 hours): $220 (GST inc)
Full day rate (5-8 hours): $300 (GST inc)
Full catering is also available.
