Meeting Rooms Available in Tauranga

Centrally located in the Bay Central Shopping Centre, 65 Chapel Street, Tauranga, the centre provides serviced rooms, a range of technology and equipment, provision of catering and ample free car parking.

Starting from $130 there are half day and full day options with three rooms available that can be configured to suit your needs.

Meeting Room
Ideal for meetings, interviews, smaller presentations or a breakout room. The Rimu can be set up in any layout requested. This room features a built-in white board. Capacity: 16 theatre and 8 board style.

Boardroom
A versatile room filled with natural light. Ideal for meetings, formal presentations and interviews. Can be used as a traditional boardroom or can be broken down to any layout as required. This room features a built-in projector, electronic white board & a large white board. Capacity: 30 theatre style and 16 board style.

Training Room
An ideal training room. As our largest room it is ideal for larger meetings, seminars, presentations and workshops. The suite can be set up in any layout requested. This room also features a large built-in white board, screen and projector. Capacity: 60 theatre and 20 board style.
