3Nine5 Meeting Rooms

At 3Nine5, we have 2 comfortable meeting rooms for all your meeting needs in Tauriko. We have a smaller practical meeting room with a TV and a Whiteboard, and our private team space that doubles as a conference room for larger team meetings.

Booking either of our meeting rooms gives you complimentary access to our shared kitchen for the duration of your booking, stocked with complimentary instant coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Barista quality coffee is also available to purchase onsite to all customers of 3Nine5.

Meeting Room #1

For meetings and presentations of up to 6 people
• Total space of 9 sqm

• Conference table
• 6 chairs
• Smart TV (Chromecast and HDMI)
• Whiteboard with markers
• Ultra-Fast Wireless and Ethernet Access

$40 an hour excluding GST
• After-hours rates apply outside of business hours (8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday).

Meeting Room #2

For meetings and presentations of up to 12 people
• Total space of 30sqm

Includes use of
• Conference table (4x desks)
• Up to 12 chairs
• Configurable desk layout
• Ultra-Fast Wireless and Ethernet Access

$50 an hour excluding GST
• After-hours rates apply outside of business hours (8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday).

We also offer hot desks and dedicated desks in our shared office and coworking space. we are very flexible and offer many plans to suit small teams, remote workers, and entrepreneurs, whether it's for the day or something more permanent
