Meeting Room in Albany with Free Parking

This is an adaptable space that can be utilised for a small meeting through to a training seminar up to 24 people. Newly opened December 2019, the meeting room is located in the Ramada by Wyndham Hotel on ground level. The hotel is located directly across the road from the Albany Bus Park and Ride and minutes form the Oteha Valley Road off ramp. It has one way Vision glass.

The room features a 75" Smart TV with HDMI cables and Jabra Panacast for 2 way conferencing. 

Tables and seating can be arranged to suit and the room There is also a kitchenette and with full crockery, urn and water cooler. You can bring your own food (New World Albany has some great catering platters or we can arrange catering on your behalf). Additionally there is an on site Coffee Club.

There is plenty of free parking both directly outside the meeting room and under the hotel. Rates can be negotiated for half, full day and mutliple days or regular bookings.

The room can be booked independently of the Hotel or we can quote for accommodation to compliment the meeting room if required. Accessibility and 4 other toilets are available for meeting room delegates.
