Our spaces include:

Te Kawau Room – A 360sqm flexible event space seating up to 300 theatre style, 200 banquet or 350 cocktail style.

RAYC Combined Space – A flexible two-in-one event space that can be configured to suit your group size. Use the rooms separately with a dividing wall, or open them into one larger space featuring a built-in bar and stunning city views.

Waterfront Balcony – A stunning space for arrival refreshments or networking with harbour views.

The Okahu and Orakei boardrooms - suitable for 10 and 14 guests are located on the first floor of the Hyundai Marine Sports Centre at opposite ends of our main function room the, Te Kawau room. Over looking Okahu Bay and Orakei Marina respectively, both rooms come with hi-speed wifi, 60” screen with HDMI connection, video conference equipment, white board and in-room tea, coffee and water facilities.

The venue features floor-to-ceiling windows, abundant natural light, built-in bars, complimentary onsite parking, modern AV capabilities, and flexible room layouts to suit your event requirements.

Our in-house catering team prepares fresh menus for conferences, meetings and corporate functions, from morning tea and working lunches through to gala dinners and cocktail events.
