The professional setting of the rooms, with clean lines and enough tables for multiple layout options, enables the space to be modified to create the best arrangement for hosting your next meeting.

Rental Options:
Room One: Capacity 20 – 24+ attendees
+ U shape format: 20 attendees plus facilitator (2 attendees/table).
+ Classroom: 24-36 attendees plus facilitator (2 attendees/table). Above 24 attendees pending other bookings on site.
Audio/visual equipment: Epson Projector – 3,800-lumen output and 15,000:1 contrast ratio. 110″ Projector screen. Devices are connected via High-Speed HDMI cable and/or VGA with audio connection. Video Conference not available in Room One. Suitable for presentations and workshops only.

Room Two: Capacity 14 – 16 attendees
+ U shape format: 14 attendees plus facilitator (2 attendees/table).
+ Classroom: 16 attendees plus facilitator (2 attendees/table).
Audio/visual equipment: 75" DTEN All in One Next Generation Interactive Conferencing System, Zoom Controller, and multiple cameras (DTEN camera and Full HD PTZ Camera). Integrated whiteboard included on the DTEN Display - perfect for conference collaboration

Rooms are located on second floor, no elevator available.

Amenities:
+ Clean, modern, and spacious environment.
+ Receptionist, sign in process. Office hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm. We recommend scheduling meetings between hours of 9.00am - 4.30pm to allow for pre-meeting/post-meeting processes.
+ New high-quality audio/visual equipment in each room.
+ Individually climate-controlled rooms.
+ Whiteboard, whiteboard markers provided for use. Filtered water, pens and pads provided.
+ Outside catering is allowed (additional cost).
+ Kitchenette (not exclusive use).
+ Bathroom facilities (not exclusive use).
+ Large windows with natural light. Windows also have two layers of blinds for preferred lighting options.
+ Free onsite parking available.

Refreshments (additional):
Hot water, tea, and coffee available.
Catered morning tea, lunch and/or afternoon tea available. Dietary requirements catered for: none; vegetarian; gluten-free; dairy-free.
