Events on Khyber has a range of configurable spaces to meet your individual training or meeting needs. You can hold an intimate training seminar or a more traditional classroom style training. Our training spaces can hold larger training sessions if need be, in traditional classroom style or cabaret style.

The event space also has a fully equipped kitchen that can be hired for an additional cost together with our breakout area, the Te Anau Cafe. A perfect space for participants to network after or in between training sessions.

ROTOMA - Perfect conference room

Feel the buzz in this largescale rectangle conference room. It’s the perfect venue for a conference or product launch. This room offers interchangeable seating arrangements and an interactive digital whiteboard. It’s soundproofed for privacy. Hire includes 2 projectors, 3 screens, flip chart excluding paper, in-wall whiteboards, sound system, microphones, lectern and wifi.

ROTOITI & TEKAPO - Ideal training rooms

These modern and yet traditional training rooms offer standard training room configuration with long tables facing the front of the room along with whiteboards. WAKATIPU LIBRARY - Ideal for training or brainstorming

This sizeable sophisticated workspace is sure to get the creativity flowing. 
It features a library wall in black oak which gives it a sophisticated yet established feel. It has well-designed desks and built-in whiteboards. The tables and chairs can be configured to meet your needs. Hire includes flip chart excluding paper, in-wall whiteboards and wifi.

TE ANAU CAFÉ - Perfect for networking or a breakout area

The Te Anau café is a casual and contemporary open plan room and it is located around the central designer kitchen in the hub of the building. You can create a variety of seating configurations including tables and chairs and it’s a great place to have a breakfast launch or an evening networking function. Hire includes café tables, café chairs, music speakers, kitchen and wifi.
